Describing:

HY-920 is a non-silicone defoamer, specially designed for light-curing coatings and ink systems, with excellent compatibility, strong deaeration and defoaming capabilities, no impact on product recoatability, no adverse interaction on the light-curing system, and no curtain breakage during curtain coating construction.

Physical and chemical parameters:

Composition: non-silicon polymer

Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid

Active fraction: ≥ 98%

Characteristics:

HY-920 has excellent compatibility in the light curing coating system, and can be used in other thermosetting resins such as unsaturated polyester.

HY-920 has excellent recoatability,When applied in the shower coating, it will not cause curtain breakage.

Scope of application:

Used for UV curing coating systems, unsaturated polyester systems, etc.

Suggested dosage:

For 0.3~1.0% of the total amount of the system, the optimal addition amount needs to be determined by actual testing; After addition, it should be mixed at a sufficiently high shear force, and it is recommended to add it before grinding.

The dosage varies depending on the usage system and can be added at any stage of production.

Packaging, transportation and storage:

        25kg iron drum/plastic drum. Store tightly sealed,store at room temperature for 12 months
