Overview:
HY-1022 is based on the organic synthesis of amide wax
preparation of water-based pre-dispersion, small fineness, because of its good
dispersion, it can be easily dispersed into the system, thus providing good
rheology. It is widely used for anti-sinking of primer and anti-current hanging
of varnish.

Recommended
to fill and use at the end of the paint mixing stage, the pre-dispersion effect
is better, the pre-dispersion process is recommended to be carried out below 70
degrees, PH greater than 8 conditions, 1500 revolutions per minute, about 15-20
minutes, with 5-10% alcohol ether co-solvent effect is better.
Storage and transportation:
Sensitive to moisture. Slight
turbidity during storage does not affect the rheological effect. It is valid
for 24 months under sealed packaging at room temperature. 25KG plastic drum,

chemicals.
