Wetting and dispersing additives for unsaturated polyester and epoxy filled systems. Contains acidic groups and has good versatility.

Product features and advantages

A versatile, cost-effective wetting and dispersing additive that can be used in almost all closed mold forming applications. Very effective in highly filled aluminium hydroxide (ATH) systems. If you need to use a high dosage of additives, you can use the product with HY-9010 (1:1).

Recommended uses: Low profile and Class A surface formulations、Low shrinkage formula、Epoxy system、pultrusion molding、Stable viscosity in BMC.

Suggested Dosage:

1-2% additive dosage (purchased form) based on filler amount, used for wetting and dispersion,

The dosage of 0.5-2 % additive (purchased form) is based on the amount of resin and is used to stabilize the viscosity in BMC.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
