Fields of Application:

Coating industry

Ideal for high-gloss emulsion systems based on styrene acrylates, acrylates or acrylates/polyurethanes colored in the range of pigment volume concentrations of 18-25. At the same time, it effectively prevents microbubbles.

Recommended dosage: 0.05-0.8 % of adjuvant dosage (purchase form) based on total formulation.

Printing inks and overprint varnishes:

Printing inks and finish varnishes for styrene acrylates, acrylates, or acrylates/polyurethanes are recommended. At the same time, it can effectively prevent the formation of microbubbles.

Recommended dosage: 0.2-1 % Adjuvant dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formulation.

Adhesive

Recommended for use with polyacrylate or polychloroprene water-based adhesives. It can effectively prevent the formation of microbubbles.

Recommended dosage: 0.05-0.5 % of the additive dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formulation.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split).

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, tightly sealed.

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
