Anti-sticking leveling agent HY-3667

Overview:

This product is a special modified polysiloxane. It is a modified silicone oil with 100% primary hydroxyl functional group, which can react with polyurethane prepolymers, so it is designed as a modifier of polyurethane resin to improve the smooth and anti-adhesion properties of the resin.

Product efficacy:

Improve the fluidity and leveling of the resin coating, improve the wear resistance, anti-sticking and peelability of the system, improve the air permeability of synthetic leather, prevent shrinkage holes, floating color and other problems, and improve the gloss of the product.

Recommended addition amount and use method:

When used for the modification of PU resin, it needs to be added together with polyols before the reaction, and the addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the total formula (when the resin solid content is 30%).

Used in dry PU synthetic leather resin, added after cooling at the end of the reaction, and can also be added when batching in the production of artificial leather, and the addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the total amount of the formula (when the solid content of the resin is 30%). Added as a prediluent, soluble in polar solvents and dispersed in hydrocarbon solvents.

Storage package:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
