Product Features:
The additive is a highly effective silicone surface additive that dramatically reduces the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, thus improving substrate wetting and preventing cratering. At the same time, it also improves the slip and gloss of the coating surface. In aqueous systems, anti-blocking properties can be improved
Suggested dosage and usage::
Can be added in original or pre-diluted form, pre-diluted with the recommended solvent can simplify the adding and mixing operation.
Dosage: 0.05-0.5% based on total recipe
Recommended application:
The leveling agent is widely used, but the amount of addition and whether the foam is stable should be determined by experiment before use. The additive is recommended for all solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based coatings, printing inks, and finish oils. It is especially recommended for increasing the wetting requirements of polyurethanes, epoxies and acrylates adhesives on substrates.
Storage Packaging:
Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);
Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;
Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
