Product Information:

        HY-6840 is a kind of silicone complex, defoaming agent has excellent defoaming and desuppression functions, and can be applied to coating, emulsion synthesis, adhesive and other application fields.

In the acrylic emulsion, polyurethane, PVA, natural rubber and other fields have a very good application effect.

Product indicators:

Appearance: Opaque yellowish amber liquid

Viscosity: 300cs-800cs

PH (2% solution): 7±1

Dispersibility: Disperses well in water

Product Features:

HY-6940 does not contain APEO, is easy to disperse, and has good compatibility in polyurethane, acrylic, PVC, PVA, SBR, and nitrile rubber emulsions.

Recommended amount to add:

This product is not easy to layer, but it is recommended to stir slightly or shake well before use. The shelf life is 2 years, if it is stored for a long time, there may be delamination, stir well before use, and do not affect the performance and effect.

Generally, 0.5% of the total amount of the system can be adjusted to 0.3%-1% according to the needs.

Packing and storage:

This product is packed in 25KG or 200KG packaging. This product is non-dangerous goods and can be transported as general cargo. Sealed storage in a cool place, the performance of this product is stable, and the storage period is 2 years.
