Anti-graffiti additives HY-5000

Product Overview:

Linear organic functional polysiloxane, due to the presence of terminal hydroxyl groups, is suitable for epoxy resin, acrylic resin, polyurethane, polyester and other coating systems. While increasing anti-graffiti performance, it improves surface slip and gloss, and has excellent substrate wetting and anti-crater properties.

Physical indicators:

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Solid content: ≥97%

Viscosity (25C°) : 50-150cp

Product characteristics:

Increase the paint resistance marker, anti-graffiti effect, improve scratch resistance and anti-sticker effect. Adding it to the PU coating system can have the effect of preventing sticking and improving the hand feel.

Recommended addition amount:

Based on the total mass of the paint, about 0.2%-2% is added.

Directions for use:

Can be added to the paint in the form of original or pre-diluent. It can be diluted with alcohols, ethers and esters in any proportion. Suitable for oil-based systems, solvent-free systems.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
