PU color paste wetting and dispersing agent HY-6879

Overview:

HY-6879 is a high molecular weight block copolymer containing pigment affinity groups, which can produce repulsive force and steric hindrance stabilization in the color paste, can effectively avoid co-flocculation, and has good wetting and dispersion effect in medium and high pigment carbon black, rubber carbon black, organic pigments, etc. It is especially suitable for grinding oil-based polyurethane color pastes.

Appearance: Light yellow cloudy liquid

Solid content: ≥98%

Adding method and process:

Recommended dosage The dosage of additives (purchased form) is based on the pigment

Inorganic pigments: 10%                 Titanium dioxide: 5%

Organic pigments: 15-25%              Carbon black: 20-40%

Usage:
For better performance, additives should be added to the abrasive before the pigments. The resin and solvent components of the abrasive are pre-mixed and then the additives are slowly added with constant stirring. HY-6879 wetting and dispersing agent can also be added when the coating is problematic, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear conditions.

Storage Package:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
