Overview:

HY-51 is a dispersion of high molecular weight siloxane formed in water, which is suitable for various water-based coatings and ink systems. It can greatly improve the scratch resistance, wear resistance and anti-adhesion of water-based coatings and inks, and improve the dry and slippery effect of the surface. It is especially suitable for water-based coatings, water-based inks and other systems.

The dosage is different according to different use systems, generally 0.1-1% of the total amount, which can be added at any stage of production.

Application: It can reduce the coefficient of friction of the system and improve the anti-adhesion and scratch resistance.

Usage:

HY-51 is very viscous, and it needs to be diluted to a suitable liquid by adding water several times, and the paste is fully dispersed before being added to coatings and inks. There is no limit to the amount of water to be added, and it is generally recommended to add water in a ratio of 1:1. The diluent should not be stored for a long time, and it is forbidden to mix with alcohol solvents.
