Product Description:

HY-024 is a VOC-free mixture of broken polysiloxane and hydrophobic particles in polyethylene glycol for use in aqueous emulsion paints, printing inks, overprint varnishes, and emulsion adhesives. Good compatibility, multi-purpose, easy to add.

Addition method and processing guidance：

Can be added at any stage in production. The amount of defoamer can be added in two phases (2/3 to the abrasive, 1/3 to the paint mixing stage or after completion).

HY-024 is recommended as a defoamer for acrylate/polyurethane and polyurethane high-gloss emulsion systems with pigment volume concentrations in the range of 0-25. The additives can be used effectively in a variety of standard application methods such as roller coating, brushing, spraying and pouring.

Storage Packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);
