Overview:

This product is a specially modified polysiloxane. It is a modified silicone oil with 100% primary hydroxyl functional group, which can react with polyurethane prepolymers, so it is designed as a modifier for polyurethane resins to improve the smoothness and anti-blocking properties of the resin

4. Improve the air permeability and moisture permeability of the product.

5. Improves abrasion resistance and low-temperature flex resistance.

6. Compared with other silicone modifiers, HY-2812 has good compatibility with polar solvents such as PU resin and DMF, and is more suitable for use in polyester systems, and can react well with isocyanates to obtain long-lasting modification effects.

Suggested dosage and usage methods:

HY-2812 is a reactive additive, which reacts with isocyanate in the pre-production stage of PU resin, so as to have a lasting modification effect on the performance of PU leather. In addition, HY-2812 can also be added in the back end of PU resin production or the front end of PU synthetic leather production, which can also achieve good results.

The addition amount is 0.1%~0.5% of the resin content when adding, and the addition amount is 1%~5% of the resin content when the resin is modified
