Overview:

HY-052 is a non-silicone defoamer, suitable for solvent-based and non-solvent-based coatings, inks, and thermosetting resin systems, which can be used to eliminate air bubbles generated during production, construction, and substrate wetting without affecting interlayer adhesion.

Characteristics:

HY-052 has a strong defoaming ability, which can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in the system, inhibit the introduction of bubbles when stirring, and help the release of tiny bubbles from the paint. HY-052 will not affect the adhesion between layers, especially suitable for the defoaming of primer.

Application system:

Recommended for two-component PU system, amino baking paint system, nitro dip coating system, acid curing amino system, coil coating and so on.

Suggested Dosage:

The addition amount is different according to different use systems, and it is recommended to 0.1~1.0% of the total amount, and the optimal addition amount needs to be tested; After addition, it should be fully mixed under a sufficiently high shear force, and it is recommended to add before grinding.

Packaging, shipping and storage:

25kg iron drum/plastic drum. Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
