Alkyne glycol defoamer HY-104E

Overview:

This product is a non-ionic wetting agent and molecular defoamer. It is a surfactant based on the chemical structure of alkyne glycol, which is used for dynamic wetting and defoaming of water-based coatings, inks and adhesives, etc. The ability to control foam formation and reduce surface tension guarantees good wetting and good appearance of the substrate. FDA and EPA compliant, APEO free.

Product characteristics:

1.HY-104E defoamer surfactant has 2 hydrophilic groups and no less than 2 hydrophobic groups.

2. HY-104E has a good antifoam effect, can be used as a wetting agent, and the foam is very small, so that the defoamer can be selected well in the formulation, and even without the addition of defoamer in the general system. It is highly recommended to add 0.5-1% HY-104E when dispersing the color paste, which can not only achieve wetting of the powder, but also inhibit the formation of foam. It has good wettability for some substrates that are difficult to adhere, such as metals, plastics, glass, etc. with oil stains.

Suggestions for use:

Recommended to dilute with an alcohol solvent and add it to the system for easy dispersion. The dosage is 0.2%-1%. The products can be applied in various water-based coatings, water-based inks, water-based glues, water-based inks, printing pastes, dampening fluids, printing inks, metal cutting fluids, lubricating fluids, pesticides, textile auxiliaries, dye treatment and other water-based and alcohol-soluble industries.

Packaging and storage requirements:

25kg, 200kg plastic drum. Sealed storage, normal temperature storage period of 24 months.
