Features and Benefits

When mixed into the coating system, the additives build a three-dimensional network structure. The thixotropic fluidity formed prevents settling and enhances anti-sag properties without affecting leveling.

Recommended Dosage:

0.2-1 % additives (supplied form) are based on the total formulation and are anti-settling；

0.5-2.5 % additives (supplied form) based on the total formulation, anti-sagging.

 PVC Paste resin

Features and benefits

This additive is used to increase the thixotropy of PVC paste resins. Facilitates the rapid production and processing of PVC paste resins, improving anti-settling and anti-sagging. Reduce the float of pigments and better control the shape of the paint in the gelling furnace. It increases the foam stability of PVC.

Recommended Dosage:

0.1-0.5 % additives (supplied form) are based on PVC resin and are resistant to settling and floating.

0.3-1 % additives (supplied form) are based on PVC resins for anti-sagging.

Room temperature curing resin system

Features and Benefits

In reaction-curing systems containing pigmented fillers such as epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic and some polyester systems, it is possible to increase the anti-sag effect without affecting leveling. Typically, only low shear viscosity is increased without affecting the workability at high shear. This is due to the formation of a three-dimensional network structure, which takes time to recover after shear thinning, and the thixotropic flow brought by this recovery can improve the deaeration performance of the system.

Recommended dosage:

0.2-1 % additives (supplied form) are based on the total formulation and are anti-settling.

0.5-2 % additives (supplied form) based on the total formulation for improved anti-sagging.

Cleaners, stain removers and care products

Features and Benefits

After addition, a three-dimensional network structure is formed in the system, and the thixotropy produced is very good to prevent particles (such as aromatic microcapsules) from settling and does not affect the emptying tank. Cleaners using HY-7410 ET can be used in spray cans. Improve the wall-mounted ability of the vertical surface and prolong the action time. This product is liquid, easy to add, and retains the transparency of the detergent.

Suggested Dosage: 0.3-3.0% of total formula (supplied form).

Storage Package:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
