Coating leveling agent HY-450

Overview:

This product is a specially modified polysiloxane, which has extremely excellent slip, anti-crater and leveling properties.

Physical indicators:

Appearance: Light yellow to amber clear liquid.

Active substance content: ≥ 98%

Refractive index (25ºC) : 1.435-1.445

Viscosity (25ºC) : 200-500cp

Characteristics:

A highly effective silicone surface additive that provides good substrate wetting and anti-cratering properties. It increases the smoothness of the coating surface, as well as scratch resistance and anti-sticking; Reduced airflow sensitivity in wood and furniture coatings; Prevents the formation of Benardcell and improves leveling and shine.

Suggested dosage and usage method:

Can be added as the original or pre-diluent, and pre-dilution with the recommended solvent simplifies addition and mixing.

Dosage: 0.05-0.2%, based on total recipe amount.

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split)

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed for storage

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
