Epoxy coating defoamer HY-2720

Product Overview:

HY-2720 has a fast deaeration effect and is recommended for use in thermoset resin, epoxy, unsaturated polyester and polyurethane systems to quickly eliminate air bubbles in the system.

Product Application:

Can be used in varnish or pigment systems, such as:

• Unsaturated polyesters (SMC/BMC, gelcoats and related systems)

•Two-component epoxy

•PVC

•Used in conjunction with HY-5044 or HY-5063 in pigment-containing systems, it can give the system a lower viscosity for rapid removal of product bubbles.

Dosage: 0.1–1.0% according to the total formulation of the system.

Addition method: HY-2720 can be added at any stage of production, and a certain shear force is required to fully disperse after addition.

Storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split).

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, tightly sealed.
