Product Information:

This product is a silicone emulsion defoamer, especially for natural latex defoamer and research and development, with a small amount, safety, non-toxic, acid and alkali resistance, stable heat resistance characteristics. No bleach oil, easy to disperse in water, in the high viscosity of natural latex degassing also has a good effect, HY-6940 defoamer only for natural latex foam, and will not have side effects on natural latex reaction, does not affect the appearance of latex gloves, latex pillows and other products.

Appearance: Milky white viscous liquid

Ionic: non-ionic

Viscosity: 300cs-800cs

PH value: 6-8

Dispersibility: Disperses well in water

Usage:

        Can be added directly to the stock solution, or it can be diluted with solvent and used, and the recommended dilution concentration is 1-3 times. Add to latex slurry, or choose to use dropwise or spray where the foam is concentrated, or add the defoamer directly at the interface with good flow.

Recommended amount to add:

0.2% -0.5% based on the total amount of the system

Packing and storage:

The packaging of this product is 50 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum. Store dry at room temperature, do not leave in high temperature or cold environment for a long time.
