Used in solvent-based architectural coatings, printing inks, and pigment concentrates based on alkyd resins. Suitable for all types of pigments.

Features and Benefits: HY-108 deflocculates pigments by steric stabilization. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, it is possible to achieve high gloss and improve color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the reduction in viscosity, the flow properties are improved and the pigment content can be increased.

Recommended use: Particularly suitable for the production of high solid content and aromatic-free architectural coatings without floating/blooming. Can also be used for industrial coatings, leather coatings and printing inks (for gravure, flexographic and screen printing).

HY-108 is also recommended for the production of solvent-based pigment concentrates in the following fields：

Suggested Dosage: The amount of additives used (purchased form) is based on the specific surface area of the pigment：

 Inorganic pigments: 3-5% titanium dioxide: 0.8-1.5% Organic pigments: 5-8% Carbon black: 8-10%.

Storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
