Strongly reduces surface tension for wetting synthetic leather release liners.
Water-based coating substrate wetting agent HY-5211
Overview:
This product is a specially modified polyethersiloxane copolymer, which is a silicone surfactant used to reduce surface tension. It is used as a wetting agent in water-based and high-solids coatings to improve flow and leveling, recoating and gloss retention. It does not strongly reduce the viscosity of the resin slurry, thus reducing the addition of thickeners.
Physical indicators:
Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid
Active ingredient (%) : ≥98
Refractive index (25 ° C) : 1.440-1.450
Viscosity (25 ° C) : 30-50cp
Static surface tension (0.1%) : 20.5mN/m
Physical indicators:
Silicone surfactants for aqueous systems, which strongly reduce the surface tension, resulting in excellent substrate wetting and leveling. Widely used in a variety of water-based coatings.
Dosage: 0.5-2.0% The dosage is adjusted according to the actual situation.
Application:
1. Improving the wettability and shrinkage resistance of water-based coatings on substrates that are difficult to apply
2. Improve the wettability of the substrate of printing ink.
3. For the wetting of synthetic leather release paper.
Storage packaging:
Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);
