HY-633E is a rheology control agent composed of polyamides. By interacting with the resin components in the coating system, it forms a network structure that prevents settling and caking and improves pigment orientation. Unlike ordinary water-based thickeners, HY-633E water-based rheology can provide high thixotropy without adding excessive viscosity.

Product Features:

1. Provides high thixotropy without increasing viscosity

Suggested dosage and usage method:

Additive dosage: 1.0-5.0% of the total formulation. Method: It can be added at any stage of production. If the paint is added after the production stage, it is recommended to use a dissolver to disperse and maintain a temperature of up to 40°C during the dispersion process.

Packing and storage requirements:

25kg iron drum, 200kg iron drum. Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 24 months. Avoid freezing. Freezing can lead to a decrease in quality and performance; Do not heat. Store below 40 °C. Heating can lead to a decrease in quality and performance.
