Recommended addition amount and use method:

Suggested dosage: 1.0-5.0% of the total weight of the system; Addition method: During high-speed dispersion, the temperature is controlled below 60℃ and the stirring time is less than 30 minutes. The recommended method is to make pre-dispersed slurry in a certain shearing force and in a short time..

1）Direct addition method: After directly adding resin, solvent and HY-6900 are pre-mixed, disperse at high speed for 5 minutes, and the temperature is controlled at 30°C-60°C, and then other components are added.

2）Precast pulping method: dispersion pulp is made and added to the system. Precast Formulation: HY-6900 (20%), Solvent (40%), Resin (40%)

Steps:

① Put the above materials into the kettle.

② Pre-disperse at 1000-1500 rpm for 2-3 min to a homogeneous state.

③ Add other ingredients, and then disperse at the speed of 2000-3000 RPM for 15-30 minutes, and the temperature is controlled below 60℃.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;
