Main ingredients:
    HY-P420  is a highly branched polymer metal complex that can be widely used in azo organic pigments, phthalocyanine series pigments, carbon black, graphene, conductive graphite and other organic/inorganic pigments, as well as the excellent dispersion of fillers such as calcium carbonate, talc powder, kaolin, magnesium hydroxide (MH), aluminum hydroxide (AH), hydrotalcite, aluminum oxide (Al2O3), silica powder, mica, etc. due to its specific molecular structure, HY-P420  is suitable for PVC, ABS, AS, PP, PE, EVA, PA, PBT/PET, POM plastics, and polybutadiene rubber.Polymer substrates such as acrylic butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, natural rubber, SBS, TPR, TPE, TPU, and powder coatings.

Product features:

    1.Strong dispersibility and high color spreading ability.

    2.Its molecular structure endows it with broad compatibility with polymers ranging from non polar to high polar.

    3.Non polar polymers and high polar polymers have good dispersibility and self dispersibility towards various pigments and fillers.

    4.Due to its high temperature stability, it is suitable for engineering plastics such as PA and PET, POM, etc.

Suggested  usage:

    1.HY-P420 super dispersant can be directly used for surface treatment of various pigments/fillers, that is, put the pigments/fillers into a high mixer, start stirring, put in HY-P420 dispersant, stir to 110 ℃~120 ℃, and obtain pre coated high dispersion pigments/fillers.

    2.After fully pre mixing pigments, fillers, plastics, and various processing aids, they will be added together to a twin screw extruder for processing.

    3.After fully premixing the pigments, fillers, and plastic particles, they are added together to a twin screw extruder for granulation after melting. Alternatively, the pigments, fillers, and plastic particles are melted and mixed together in an internal mixer for granulation.


Packaging, transportation and storage

25Kg/bag. It is a general chemical, storage, transportation and use are executed according to conventional chemicals. The product is valid for 2 years.
