Overview:

Solvent-free wetting and dispersing additives based on CPT technology for improving the matte effect of solvent-borne and solvent-free wood and furniture coatings, especially in high-solids and solvent-free systems. Broad compatibility with reactive diluents, resins, and solvents.

Product Features:

1.Even at low dosages, it is very good for improving the dispersion and stability of matting agents.

2.Contains alkaline pigment affinity groups and is suitable for most silica types of matting agents, working on both finished and untreated matting agents.

3.Can greatly reduce the viscosity and has a good directional effect on the matting agent. 

4.It has high compatibility in polymers and monomers, and produces a good matte finish even with conventional silica matting agents.

Fields of application:

Wetting and dispersing additives for solvent-free UV coatings and silica-type matting agents for high-solids systems. It is mainly used in wood and furniture coatings, industrial coatings and adhesives, and ink industries.

Suggested dosage and usage method:

Wetting and dispersing additives should usually be added to the abrasive, so that the additives can be fully effective. The resin and solvent components in the abrasive are pre-mixed and the additives are added in a stirred state.

The dosage of additives (purchased form) is based on matting agent 3-15%. The actual dosage needs to be adjusted according to the surface area of the silica matting agent

Packaging and storage:

25kg iron drum, 200kg iron drum. Store in an airtight container in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from heat and fire.
