High Performance Calcium Carbonate Hyperdispersant HY-P485
Main ingredients:
HY-P485 is a PVC soft and hard product specifically designed for the application of CaCO3 in PVC profiles, PVC pipes, PVC electrical pipes, PVC sheets, PVC floor leather, PVC wires and cables, PVC artificial leather, PVC light box advertising cloth, PVC sheets, PVC wallpapers, PVC shoe materials, and other PVC soft and hard products. HY-P485 not only provides good dispersion of CaCO3 in PVC composite materials, but also has good processing flowability, improves product luster, and reduces PVC melt viscosity. At the same time, it significantly improves the impact toughness and strength of PVC products. At the same time, HY-P485 dispersant is also very effective on plastic products such as polyolefin (PP/PE), nylon (PA), PBT/PET, ABS, etc..
Product features:
1、HY-P485 is a new and efficient super dispersed coupling agent that replaces traditional stearic acid, titanate coupling agent, aluminate coupling agent, PE wax dispersant, etc.
2、HY-P485 super dispersant makes the formula and processing technology of PVC products more concise. In PVC products, only the type of calcium carbonate (light calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate), as well as the fineness and whiteness of calcium carbonate, can be selected, without considering the unstable PVC processing and color difference changes caused by different coupling agents and treatment methods chosen by calcium carbonate production enterprises.
3、HY-P485 super dispersant can significantly increase the filling amount of CaCO3, while achieving the goal of improving production quality and reducing production costs.
Suggested dosage:
1、The usage of HY-P485 super dispersant is based on the calcium carbonate content of 0.8% to 1.0%.
2、The usage of HY-P485F super dispersant is based on 4.0% calcium carbonate content.
(HY-P485F is a powder type product developed specifically for ease of use in metering . Users are recommended to use HY-P485 liquid dispersant as much as possible.)
Suggested usage
1、Premixing method,put CaCO3 powder into a high mixer, start stirring, add HY-P485 super dispersant, mix to 110 ℃ for discharge, and obtain pre mixed coated calcium carbonate that can be directly used in PVC formulations .
2、In-situ method,direct addition method in the PVC formula mixing process: PVC, plasticizers (for soft products), heat stabilizers, tougheners (for hard products), processing aids, pigments, etc. are first pre mixed to 80 ℃, and then CaCO3 powder and HY-P485 super dispersant are added, mixed to 120 ℃~130 ℃, cooled, extruded (injection molding, rolling molding, etc.) to produce the product.
Packaging, transportation and storage
25Kg/bag. This product is non-flammable and explosive, storage and transportation are according to general chemicals. It can be stored for at least one year in the sealed original package without deterioration.
