Main ingredients:

HY-P210 is a type of copolymer solution containing acidic groups that deflocculate pigments through steric hindrance. Due to the small size of the flocculent pigment particles, high gloss and enhanced color strength can be obtained. In addition, transparency and hiding power have been increased. These products reduce viscosity, thereby improving leveling and increasing pigment content.

Product features:

HY-P210 is suitable for stabilizing inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, and can greatly reduce the viscosity of abrasive materials. Due to its anionic properties, it is suitable for use in acid catalytic systems (such as coil coatings). Electrostatic spraying of coatings containing inorganic pigments can reduce haze.

Product applications:

Recommended: Industrial coatings, coil coatings, automotive coatings, anti-corrosion coatings .

Applicable: Architectural coatings, wood and furniture coatings .

Suggested dosage

The dosage of additives (purchase form) is based on: Inorganic pigments 5-10% Titanium dioxide 2-4% .

Particular attention

Due to its acid value, it may catalyze the crosslinking of the paint system. During storage, the viscosity of the coating system should be checked for changes. In order to achieve better performance, additives should be added to the grinding material first, and then pigments should be added.

Packaging, transportation and storage

When the temperature is below 5 ℃, stratification and turbidity may occur. Before use, heat to 20 ℃ and mix thoroughly.
