Anti-graffiti feel agent HY-3700

Product Overview:

HY-3700 is a silicone oil containing a carbon hydroxyl structure. It can react with organic polymers (polyurethane, acrylate, polyester, epoxy resin, etc.) to make the product have a permanent easy-to-clean effect, improve the hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of the coating, improve the substrate wetting ability of the coating, surface smoothness, water resistance (anti-whitening), anti-blocking and weather resistance.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Solid content: ≥93%

Hydroxyl value: 50-58

Density 20℃ : 0.960-0.990g/cm3

Application suggestions:

Suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free systems, add about 0.5%. Addition method: Dilute with suitable solvents (benzene, mineral oil solvents, DMF) and add to the system. This product is reactive, and care should be taken to prevent contamination and deterioration. This product may cause turbidity of the acrylic resin system, and accurate formula experiments should be done on the transparent system.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
