Overview:

This product is an organosiloxane copolymer. Suitable for: water-based substrate wetting agent systems, solvent-based systems, colorants and varnishes It is especially suitable for automotive paint wetting agents, industrial paint wetting agents, architectural coating substrate wetting agents, wood and furniture coating substrate wetting agents.

Viscosity (25 ° C) : 50-150cp

Active ingredient (%) : ≥98

Solubility: butyl acetate, ethanol, water, acetone, TPGDA. Insoluble in solvent oil.

Also suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free (two-component) formulations.

High performance, good recoating, ultra-fine atomization.

Recommended addition amount:

Based on the total mass of the coating, add around 0.1% -1%.

Pre dilution or direct addition to the coating is acceptable. Recommend adding during the paint mixing stage.

Typical application industries:                                               

General industrial paint, wood paint, architectural paint, industrial paint.

Packing and storage requirements:

25kg plastic drum, 200kg plastic drum. Sealed storage, normal temperature storage period of 12 months.
