Overview:


Solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based, solvent-free coatings and printing inks to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. It can strongly reduce the viscosity of the abrasive.

Product Characteristics:

The additives deflocculate the pigment by stabilizing the steric hindrance. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, it is possible to achieve high gloss and improve color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the reduction in viscosity, the flow properties are improved and the pigment content can be increased. When the electrostatic high-speed bell equipment is used, the haze phenomenon of the paint containing inorganic pigments is significantly reduced.

Suggested addition amount:

The additive must be added to the abrasive before being put into the paint. The amount of additives used is based on the pigment:

Inorganic pigments: 2.5-5%     Titanium dioxide: 1-3%

Product Applications:

Recommended for solvent-based, solvent-free coatings and printing inks to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. Its anionic properties make it ideal for use in acid-catalyzed systems (e.g. coil coatings).

Storage packaging:

This product is a non-dangerous product and can be transported as a general chemical. Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. The expiration date is 12 months at room temperature, 25KG plastic bucket, inedible, avoid contact with eyes.
