DMF removal promoter HY-170

Overview:

This product is a polyether modified nonionic surfactant. It has good hydrophobicity and is used in wet leather production to promote the removal of DMF solvent, so that DMF can be detached more thoroughly, thus promoting the recovery of DMF.HY-170 does not contain APEO, environmentally friendly and safe, and it has good adjustability of the structure of the vesicles. It can form a uniform structure with continuous air holes, enhance the texture of PU film thickness, and make the leather surface smooth and elastic.

Appearance: colorless and opaque liquid

Active substance content: 100%

Viscosity (25℃): 200-400 cs

PH value: 7

Solubility: Soluble in DMF, alcohol and benzene solvents.

Instructions for use:

It is added during glue preparation, and the addition amount is 0.1-0.3% of the total system of wet slurry resin.

Packaging and storage requirements:

25kg plastic bucket, 200kg plastic bucket. Transport by general chemicals.

Sealed storage at room temperature for 24 months.
