Rheology Additive HY-410S

Overview:

HY-410S is a polyurea compound-based rheology agent, suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. When mixed into the system, the additives build up pseudoplasticity, which prevents settling and sagging through thixotropy. It is widely used in the anti-settling of various industrial primers, and the compatibility needs to be investigated when used for clearcoat anti-sagging.

Application system and dosage:

Suitable for all kinds of solvent-based coatings and ink systems. The dosage is different according to different use systems, used as anti-settling: 0.1-0.7%, used as anti-sagging: 0.5-3.0%, it is recommended to add and use after use.

Packing:

25kg iron bucket. Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
