Overview:

Silicone oil has many special properties, such as small temperature-viscosity coefficient, high and low temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high flash point, low volatility, good insulation, low surface tension, non-corrosive to metal, non-toxic and so on. Due to these characteristics, silicone oil is used in many applications with excellent results.

Product appearance: transparent liquid

Water solubility: insoluble in water.

Chemical properties: It has stable chemical properties, good heat resistance and low surface tension.

Widely used in defoaming agent, isolating agent, brightener and other industries.

Main uses:

1、Used as insulating, lubricating, shockproof and dustproof oil, dielectric fluid and heat carrier.

2、Used as an additive for defoaming, demoulding, painting and daily cosmetics.

3、Used for sewing thread processing, increasing lubrication, and continuous sewing on high-speed sewing machine.

4、Used for soft finishing of fabrics, increase the lubricity of fabrics, increase the smoothness, fullness and elasticity of fabrics.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

1. This product should be stored in clean, sealed, lead-free or tin alloy containers, avoid contact with acids, alkalis and other impurities. Do not expose to open flame.

2. This product is stored and transported in accordance with non-dangerous goods. Under the conditions of packaging and storage in accordance with Article 1, the storage period of this product is three years from the date of production. If the product exceeds the storage period, it can be re-examined and can still be used after passing the test.

The product is packed in 200kg iron plastic drum or 25kg plastic drum.
