HY-20000 is a polymer dispersant, which is widely used in solvent-based coatings and ink systems, and shows excellent grinding and dispersion effect on carbon black and organic pigments. Especially for intaglio alcohol-soluble surface printing ink, alcohol-soluble inner printing ink, alcohol-soluble OPS ink, alcohol-soluble polyurethane ink, cigarette pack ink, PVC shrink film ink, PVC screen printing ink, alcohol-soluble and alcohol-water ink and color paste, PVC/PU/NC color paste, the dispersion effect of high-surface carbon black is more prominent, and it has a very good viscosity reduction effect.

Usage:

Dissolve HY-20000 in the mixture of grinding base material first, then add pigment for grinding.
Scope of application:

1. Used for various solvent-based gravure printing, screen printing, UV screen printing ink system dispersion grinding carbon black and organic pigments;

2. Dispersion grinding of alcohol-soluble, ester-soluble, solvent-based colorants, and pigments is also suitable for alcohol-soluble inks and coatings;

3. Disperse grinding carbon black and organic pigments in automotive paint, industrial paint, plastic paint and other systems.
Packaging, shipping and storage:

25kg iron/plastic drum. This product does not contain solvents and is transported as general non-dangerous goods.

Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 24 months.
