Dispersant HY-9250

Overview:

HY-9250 dispersant is a copolymer with acidic groups, which has good wettability to pigments and fillers, which can effectively reduce the viscosity of the coating system and increase the content of pigments or fillers.

Product composition: Copolymer solution with acidic groups

Appearance: Yellow liquid

No volatile matter: 48.5-51.5%

Solvent: Aromatic/propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate

Refractive index: 1.449-1.454 (25 °C)

Characteristics and uses:

The dispersant with good wettability can stabilize inorganic pigments, such as titanium dioxide, in the coating system, and can reduce its viscosity and increase the content of pigments in the preparation of color paste, without affecting the yellowing resistance of the coating film.

Fields of application:

Acrylic, polyurethane, acrylic/amine resins, refinish paints, coil coatings

Additive amount:

Add 2-5% for inorganic pigments     2-5% for organic pigments

(based on pigment weight ratio)

Storage package:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
