Product Overview:
HY-3650 is a super wetting defoamer designed for water-based printing inks. It is suitable for ink system, water-based pressure sensitive adhesive and dampening solution. Its unique foam-free and super wetting properties make it ideal for high-speed presses, with clear edges, smooth printing, and no over-emulsification of the ink, which will not cause swelling of the printed plate

 Product characteristics:
 HY-3650 defoaming wetting agent should be applied to water-based coatings, and the ideal pH value should be between pH 6.5-8.5. Outside of this range, wettability decreases significantly over time. When applied to the water-based ink system, it can promote the wetting and dispersion of pigments and prevent the flocculation of pigments, thereby improving the storage stability of the formulation, improving gloss and coloring ability
Suggested dosage and usage:

Can be added as the original or pre-diluent, and pre-dilution with the recommended solvent simplifies addition and mixing.

Dosage: 0.2-1% based on total recipe
Precautions:

The leveling agent is widely used. However, the amount of addition and whether the foam is stable should be determined by experiment before use. The additive is recommended for all water-based coatings and water-based inks.

Storage Packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
