    1、HY-P2330 is low Voc and odorless .It can provide non migration, long-term, and long-lasting scratch resistant body.

    2、HY-P2330 is highly efficient and does not require mixing with amide compounds. 

    3、HY-P2330 provides a tactile experience without any negative impact.

    4、HY-P2330 not only meets the scratch resistance of the product surface, but also has no impact on the surface painting, printing, bonding, etc. of the product.

    5、HY-P2330 is suitable for 10% to 40% talcum powder filling in automotive interior and exterior decorations.

    6、HY-P2330 is fully dispersed in the polymer through liquid metering devices or premixes, the gloss of its polymer surface will not be affected in any way.

Product applications:
     Apply in Polyolefin polymers (PP, PE);Car interior and exterior PP/TP О Accessories; Polyolefin and thermoplastic blends (PP/PBT, PP/PA, PP/ABS, etc.); Thermoplastic elastomers (TPEE, TPR, TPE).

Suggested dosage

    1、The maximum dosage of HY-P2330 can reach 3%, without any impact on the surface painting, printing, and adhesion of the product.

    2、In PP/talc powder system, the recommended dosage of HY-P2330 is 0.75% to 2.0%. The higher the dosage of talc powder, the more dosage of HY-P2330  increased accordingly; HY-P2330 can be added during mixing to improve scratch resistance.

Suggested  usage

    1、HY-P2330 can be fully pre mixed with various components of the polymer system, or only pre mixed with the filling powder. A better method is to use a quantitative feeding pump to transfer HY-P2330 added to the molten polymer melt.

    2、A better approach is to use HY-P2330 can be used as a scratch resistant masterbatch to achieve good scratch resistance.

25Kg/bag. This product is non-flammable and explosive, storage and transportation are according to general chemicals. The product is valid for 2 years.
