HY-5300 is a modified polysiloxane defoamer. It is especially suitable for the bubble elimination of thick films of polyurethane coatings, and at the same time, it has a remarkable effect on the bubble suppression and elimination of spraying, roller and curtain coating methods.

Characteristics and uses:

1. The defoaming effect of bubbles (carbon dioxide) generated by the reaction of two-component polyurethane is extremely remarkable.

2. Inhibits and eliminates air bubbles generated during the manufacture, agitation and application of coatings.

3. Has superior inhibition and bubble breaking effect for the air bubbles generated by the baking paint system of dip coating or curtain coating operation.

4. Has good compatibility and will not cause defects such as fisheyes, pinholes, craters, etc., and is very suitable for application in various colors of topcoats and overcoats.

Scope of application:

Acrylic resin, polyurethane, nitro paint, alkyd resin system, epoxy resin, UV curing system, all kinds of baking paint system.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
