Describing:

HY-526 is a non-silicone defoamer, with wide versatility, suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings, with strong foam inhibition, deaeration and foam breaking effects, especially suitable for epoxy, polyester, UV and other systems.

Product Features:

1.HY-526 can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in high-viscosity systems. anti-popping and can suppress the introduction of air bubbles during stirring, helping to release microbubbles from the paint

2.HY-526 is suitable for thick coating environment, to solve the problem that it is easy to bubble and produce heat rash when thick coating, and get a smooth coating surface.
Scope of application:

Used in various solvent based systems and UV curing systems.
Suggested Dosage:

For 0.1~1.0% of the total amount of the system, the optimal addition amount needs to be tested in practice;

After addition, it should be mixed under a high enough shear force, and it is recommended to add before grinding.
Packing, transportation and storage:

25kg iron drum/plastic drum. Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
