Unctional dispersant HY-P460

Main ingredients:
    HY-P460 is a solid modified hyperbranched polymer suitable for surface treatment of pigments in inorganic fillers and thermoplastic materials.

Product features:

    1、Increase the filling amount of pigments and fillers.

    2、Excellent rheological properties.

    3、Improve the coloring intensity of color masterbatch.

    4、Improve the dispersion performance of inorganic powders in plastics and enhance the fusion between inorganic powders and polymer materials.

    5、Reduce yarn breakage and fiber strength decrease caused by pigments/fillers in spinning.

    6、Reduce the generation of filler and pigment aggregation and prevent re aggregation;.

    7、Improving mechanical performance.

    8、Excellent thermal stability (can reduce the use of heat stabilizers and antioxidants).

Product applications:

       HY-P460 is a surface treatment agent used to improve powder dispersion ability, suitable for:Inorganic fillers: such as calcium carbonate, talc powder, kaolin, etc;

Suggested  dosageInorganic pigments: such as ultramarine, iron oxide red, titanium dioxide powder, etc; Organic pigments: such as carbon black, phthalocyanine blue, and DPP pigments; Flame retardant fillers: such as magnesium hydroxide (MDH) and aluminum hydroxide (ATH).

HY-P460 can also be used in calcium carbonate masterbatch, talcum powder masterbatch, and color masterbatch.

Suggested  usage:

    1、HY-P460 can be pre mixed with pigments, fillers, and plastic particles before being added to a twin screw extruder for melting and mixing before granulation.

    2、HY-P460 can also be melted and mixed evenly with various components of materials in an internal mixer.

Suggested  dosage

    Halogen-free flame-retardant cable: based on powder content of 0.8% to 1.5% ;PVC wire and cable: based on powder content of 0.8% to 1.5% ;Calcium carbonate masterbatch: 2% to 5% of the total formula ;Talcum powder masterbatch: 2%~5% of the total formula;Color masterbatch: Compared to 100 parts of pigment carbon black, 15-50 parts of organic pigment, 15-50 parts of inorganic pigment, 2-5 parts .

Packaging, transportation and storage

    25Kg/bag. This product is non-flammable and explosive, storage and transportation are according to general chemicals. It can be stored for at least one year in the sealed original package without deterioration.
