Overview:

This product is a polyether-modified polysiloxane. It can be used universally in waterborne, radiation-curing and solvent-based formulations to significantly improve flowability. It exhibits a long-wave effect in spraying application, high compatibility (the risk of fogging is reduced to a minimum), and provides a smooth feel in the leather topcoat

Appearance: Light yellow to amber clear liquid

Active substance content: ≥ 98%

Refractive index (25C°) : 1.445-1.455

Viscosity (25C°) : 20-50cp

Characteristics:

Standard silicone additives to improve surface properties in all solvent-borne, solvent-free and water-based coatings; Provides substrate wetting, prevents the formation of Benardcell, improves leveling and gloss, and provides good recoatability.

Suggested dosage and usage method:

It can be added in the form of original or pre diluted substances, and pre dilution with recommended solvents can simplify the addition and mixing operations.

Automotive paint: 0.05-0.3%

Radiation curing varnish: 0.05-0.3%

Water-based cover printing varnish: 0.05-0.3%

Waterborne and solvent-based industrial coatings: 0.05-0.3%

Waterborne and solvent-based wood coatings: 0.01-0.5%

Inkjet inks: 0.1-0.5%

Leather finishes based on polyurethane, acrylic and nitro systems: 0.1-1.0%
