Overview:

HY-6030 is a methacryloyloxyfunctional silane coupling agent, which is used in the metal casting industry, glass fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastic industry in resin sand process, as an adhesive accelerator and sealant accelerator, and pigment finishing. Applicable system: modified polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, unsaturated polyester, EVA, polyolefin, epoxy resin, thermoplastic acrylic resin, composite materials, etc.
Physical and chemical properties:

Solubility: soluble in organic solvents, alcohols, benzene, etc., insoluble in water, hydrolyzed into silanol in acidic water with a pH value of 4~5.
Usage:

This product is mainly used for glass fiber surface treatment, improving the strength of glass fiber reinforced polyester resin, the mechanical strength and electrical properties of wet state, and improving the dry and wet strength and light transmittance of unsaturated polyester composite materials. Improving the wet properties of mineral-filled composites in artificial marble. In water-based coatings, the polymer chain is grafted as a monomer, and the cross-linked polymer segments such as acrylic resins after hydrolysis improve the adhesion and durability of the adhesive and coating. Improves pigment dispersion and improves adhesion to glass, aluminum, ferrous metals, and is also suitable for polyurethane and acrylic latex coatings.
Packaging, transportation and storage:

25kg iron/plastic drum. Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
