Water-based defoamer HY-810

Product Overview:

HY-810 is a polyether-modified siloxane with excellent defoaming during the grinding phase. It is especially suitable for pure acrylic emulsion system, styrene acrylic emulsion system, PU dispersion system, etc. It is a universal defoamer for water-based systems, with good anti-microfoaming effect.

Appearance: slightly cloudy liquid

Product Features:

Usage:

1. Especially suitable for the grinding stage to add.

2. In the mixing stage or in varnishes, high shear dispersion or pre-dilution is required.

3．The long-term effectiveness of the defoamer depends on the system and should be determined by real-world testing in different formulations (experiments at different temperatures are recommended)

Recommended addition amount:

Supplied as a total recipe: 0.05 – 0.5 % Particularly suitable for addition in the grinding phase

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
