Silicone leveling agent HY-310

Overview:

HY-310 used in solvent-free and solvent-based coating systems, printing inks, adhesive systems, and room-temperature curing plastic systems. Significantly reduces surface tension and is thermally stable up to 210°C.

Product functions:

HY-310 can drastically reduce the surface tension of the coating system, significantly improve the wetting of the substrate, and prevent cratering. At the same time, it improves surface smoothness and shine. They do not thermally decompose between 150°C and 230°C, so there are no problems with reduced adhesion or surface defects when refilling, and these additives are (user-safe) compared to silicone oils, but they should still be tested for foam stabilization in the respective system, and their recoatability and porosity should also be evaluated.

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split).

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, tightly sealed.

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
