Water-based anti-adhesion additives HY-7501

Overview:

This product is a hydroxy-containing polyether modified polysiloxane, which is suitable for water-based two-component coating system, high-temperature drying system and UV curing system. It can make the surface of the paint film have a permanent hydrophobic and oleophobic and anti-graffiti effect, and increase the gloss of the paint after film formation, anti-sticking, and improve the washing ability of the coating film.

Product Features:

It can increase the surface slip and anti-stick properties of the coating film, and improve water resistance, anti-fouling performance and anti-adhesion. It is suitable for all kinds of water-based two-component coatings.

Such as: two-component polyurethane, alkyd-melamine, acrylic-melamine, polyester-melamine, acrylic epoxy and phenolic resin, etc.

Suggested dosage and usage method:

Can be added after any dilution with alcohols, hydrocarbons, ethers, and esters.

The dosage is about 0.5%-2% of the total mass of the system and can be added at any stage of the production process.

Note: dilution with water does not dissolve easily.

Application test cases:

Step 1: Prepare material 1:50g waterborne polyurethane coating, 2g curing agent, mix and stir well.

Step 2: Prepare material 2: 2 grams of 7501 additives, 30 grams of absolute ethanol, mix and stir well.

Step 3: Take 2 grams of the mixed ingredients 2, add them to material 1, and stir with a blender for 8 minutes.

Step 4: Apply the mixed waterborne polyurethane coating to the non-woven fabric and bake in the oven (150℃) for 1 minute.

Step 5: Take it out to cool and test the effect of 7501.

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
