Product Features:

1. Dispersants containing acidic groups, with outstanding viscosity reduction and dispersibility.

2. Strongly reduces the viscosity of the grinding system and increases the maximum content of pigments and fillers.

3. Increases the hiding power of pigments and improves the gloss of coating films, especially for coil coating systems.

4. Significantly increase the color strength and reflectivity of coatings, and improve the adhesion of organic polymers to various metals, glass, concrete and inorganic materials.

5. Particularly effective for the dispersion of inorganic fillers, which can improve the dispersion of high-content talcum powder, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, etc., and prevent hard sinking.

Recommended amount:

The additives are added to the abrasives first, and then the pigments are added.

The dosage of additives (purchased form) is based on pigments: titanium dioxide 0.2-1%, matte powder 0.3-6%, organic pigments 3-5%, inorganic fillers 0.5-3%, carbon black 3-5%。
