Silicone substrate wetting agent HY-349

Overview:

Polyether modified silicone compounds, can greatly reduce the surface tension of the system, so as to provide a strong wetting ability, does not affect the recoating, is an excellent substrate wetting leveling agent, suitable for water-based wood paint, water-based industrial paint, ink and light curing system, with defoaming effect.

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Viscosity (25 ° C) : 80-150cp

Effective content: ≥98%

Characteristics:

Silicone surfactants for aqueous systems, which strongly reduce the surface tension, resulting in excellent substrate wetting and leveling. The dosage is different according to different use systems, generally 0.1-1% of the total amount, which can be added at any stage of production. HY-349 does not increase the surface smoothness. For higher surface slip, HY-377 or HY-333 is recommended

Automotive paint 0.2-1.0%         Plastic paint 0.2-1.0%     wood paint 0.2-1.0%

Industrial coatings 0.2-1.0%        Decorative coatings 0.2-1.0% 

Architectural coatings 0.2-1.0%    Inkjet coatings 0.2-1.0%
