Hyperdispersant HY-6350

Overview:

HY-6350 belongs to a polymer type hyperdispersant containing multiple anchoring groups, which has excellent wetting and dispersing ability for various organic pigments, which can greatly reduce the operating viscosity of the grinding system, increase the pigment content in the color paste, and has a strong ability to prevent flocculation and coarse-back, which can greatly improve the storage stability of the grinding good color paste. The grinding monochromatic color paste is not easy to float when mixing color.

Product Features:

1、HY-6350 is suitable for medium polarity systems, good match with commonly used paint resins, and has good versatility in paint systems.

2、HY-6350 can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the binder to pigments and fillers, reduce the viscosity of the system, improve the fluidity, shorten the grinding and dispersion time, and the effect is better when used with pigment derivative viscosity reducers.

3、HY-6350 belongs to the polymer type hyperdispersant, with excellent ability to prevent backroughing, relative to the small molecule type wetting dispersant, can greatly extend the storage stability of grinding good paste.
Application system and dosage:

It is suitable for solvent-based coatings such as two-component polyurethane, alkyd, acrylic ester, polyester and amino baking paint

 Storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;
