Overview:

This product is a high molecular weight block copolymer solution containing pigment affinity groups. It is free of VOCs and solvents, and is suitable for use in water-based pigment concentrates, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, and printing inks. It is used to disperse various pigments, and is a dispersant with a wide range of generalities.

The additive deflocculates the pigment through steric hindrance stabilization. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, it is possible to achieve high gloss and improve color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the reduction in viscosity, the flow properties are improved and the pigment content can be increased.

Recommended Uses:

1, especially suitable for the production of stable resin free pigment pulp, pigment content of 30-60%. These pigment concentrates can be used to adjust the paint of standard water-based substrates, such as acrylic dispersions or water-soluble acrylic resins.

2. It is recommended for the production of stable, resin-free pigment concentrates for the preparation of water-based coatings without float/flecks.

3, water-based adhesive (rational choice), epoxy system, polyurethane system.

Suggested dosage and usage method:

For optimal results, the dispersant is slowly added (with agitation) to a mixture of abrasive resins/co-solvents or emulsion resins. When used for resin-free pigment concentrates, the dispersant is mixed with water before adding the pigment.
