Water-based defoamer HY-1488

Product Overview:

HY-1488 is a polysiloxane polyether copolymer emulsion containing fumed silica for use in aqueous formulations of defoamer emulsions. Particularly suitable for varnish and basecoat formulations. It is suitable for use in styrene-acrylic emulsion systems. It is widely used in printing inks and industrial coatings, architectural coatings, wood and furniture coatings, asphalt coatings and other defoaming.

Appearance: White, thixotropic liquid

Especially suitable for water-based varnishes, water-based inks, water-based varnishes and base coats
Application recommendation:

Application: Add to paint as it is delivered. It is suitable for addition during the painting mixing stage.

Dilution: Can be diluted with water. Diluents have limited storage stability.
Storage packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
