Overview:

HY-4200-20 is an insoluble paste swelling dispersed fluid with dispersed chlorinated polyethylene wax as the main component. It reacts with pigments, fillers, etc. in coatings to produce a stable colloidal structure and endow it with thixotropic properties, thus preventing the sedimentation of pigments and the sagging of coatings. Because it is a colloidal swelling dispersed fluid, it has little influence on the viscosity of coatings, and is not easily affected by the types of pigments and vehicles. It can almost be used as a settling inhibitor for pigment dispersion coatings, especially for automotive metal coatings..

Product Features::

Prevents paint from settling and clumping.

It has little effect on the viscosity of the system and can be added later after the paint mixing stage.

No granulation and little effect on the physical properties of film formation.

It can improve the stability of metal pigments in the system.

Uses:

Can be applied to almost all oil-based synthetic resin coating systems (alkyd, acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, polyester, etc.). It is especially suitable for the anti-settling of metal in motor vehicle coatings and the anti-settling of matting powder in woodworking coatings.

Storage and packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in original 25/200KG barrels (can be split);

Storage: Store in a cool and sheltered place, sealed and stored;

Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, acids, and rainwater from entering.
